For the past decade I have been involved in the birth world. I am a birth doula, a certified HypnoBirthing instructor, a certified HypnoMothering teacher and a WholeBirth Yoga leader. Recently, I have also become certified to teach The Rebozo Connection: the Gena Kirby Method for couples and birth professionals. I am currently working on the Sacred Belly Binding course.
